A letter of Apology

Dear Ma’am Jenny Ann,
Ma’am, we’re very sorry for the things that we’ve done these past few days. I know our section did many things wrong. I’m really sorry about that. I’m sorry if you really felt bad because you thought that we’re not listening to you. I’m very sorry when you felt that we disrespect you. I’m really sorry about that.
I am thankful because you’re still right here with us to teach us many things. I promise you that we will try our best to change our bad attitudes. I’m really sorry again ma’am.

                                                                                                Respectfully yours,

                                                                                                                        Sophie

Junior Life

Many things happened when I was in second year. I like being a second year student because there are no pressures, we are free and the life there is easier. When I reached my junior year, I thought that I will not be happy because there is research already. I will be pressured and I will not have a time wherein I can enjoy. But when I entered the junior year, I found out that I was wrong.
Even though we have harder subjects, I can still enjoy. Even though my friends in my second year are not with me, I found new friends. When I entered my junior year, my k-pop addiction became stronger. Now, I am managing my studies and doesn't let k-pop destroy it.
I faced a lot of problems. One of them is on how to manage my time. I find it hard to manage it because there are many requirements. I also faced social problems. But because of my classmates, I overcome them and now, I am happy always.
I met my other batch mates. Some of my classmates thought that i was quiet. But they're shocked that I'm not. i thought my other classmates are snobs but I was wrong. We treat each other just like we are one big family. We always say that we are one. Sometimes, we have misunderstandings but that makes us stronger.
Other sections ask us why our section is always happy. For me, we are happy because we are one. Even though we have different things that we like, we always try to understand each other.

We have different teachers now too. I learned a lot from them not only in academics but in attitude also. I think my junior year is really wonderful. These moments are worth to be treasured. I will never forget my junior year.

Every Child is Special

"I'm beautiful in my way cuz' God makes no mistake." a line from the song "Born this way" of Lady Gaga. All of us is special. God made us one by one and put little differences among us. We have this little part that makes us different and special. Sometimes, its just how we treat that part that makes it special.
When my teacher gave this blog, I don't even have an idea on how to make this. I myself think that I'm not special. I can sing, play a guitar and do them in the same time. But other people can do it also and others can do it better than me.  I can do many things but others can do it also. What comes to my mind is my attitude.
All of us have different attitudes. even the twins, who have the same facial structure have different attitudes. I am a person who is very easy to be irritated. But after a minute, I'm already okay. I am a person who seldom becomes angry. When I'm irritated, I just close my eyes and try to reflect to myself. "Why am I irritated?" "Is there are a reason for being irritated?" These questions are the ones that I ask myself. After that realization, I will feel better and say sorry to the person.
I am the person who forgives easily. I am also the one who say sorry first because I'm not comfortable when I have an enemy.
So for me, attitudes are like thumb prints of the people. They make us different from others.

A Daughter's thoughts

Dear God,
Lord, thank you for the life that you’ve always given us. Thank you for all the blessings that we always get. I’m very sorry for all the things that I have done that made you not pleased. But now, I want to take a minute to thank you for creating my parents.
I always thank you for giving me parents like them. I know they are not the “perfect parents” yet I know, they are the best for me. Thank you for giving them the patience when I am really a bad daughter. Bless their lives since they made a path for me towards you. They were my first teachers because they had patience when I was still young trying to walk, counting the numbers and reciting the alphabet.
Please guide them to everything that they do. It’s really hard for us to say this personally to my parents but thank you lord that you’ve given me the courage to say this all.
Bless my mother, oh Lord. For being there when I have problems. For showing her “motherly love”. For hugging me when I’m cold. For being there when I’m crying about my research. You know lord, I barely say this but I really love that. For trying to understand me; Bless her life Oh Lord.
Bless my Father oh Lord. For disciplining me; For teaching me your way. I rarely, I mean I really don’t say I love you to him personally but Lord, I really do. For teaching me instruments that I want; Bless his life oh Lord.
I know that there are a lot of hard works and struggles my parents already had. Please help and guide them oh Lord in everything that they do. Bless their lives and make them live longer. Give them good health. Thank you again oh Lord. Amen.

Always,

Sophie

Regrets in Life

All of us have regrets. It just depends on how we treat them. Some people have regrets that they cherish for their whole life. Some regrets stay for how many days only.
I am a person who regrets a lot. Even in my NCAE results, my decision-making result is the lowest. I make things that make me regret. One of my regrets is when I was a child. I was jumping on the bed. I was happy that time. Then, my little brother saw me and asks if he can join me. I, of course, agreed. While we were happily jumping, my brother stumbled down and hit his head on the metal on the floor. I was shock. They rushed him to the hospital. My parents, my siblings, all of them didn't blame me. But I, blame myself. While they were in the hospital, I was crying in the corner. I can't speak and my heart beats fast. When my parents arrived, they told me that I cried harder and longer than my brother who's hurt. He didn't even cry when he is having the operation. He's brave as a lion. But I was a coward as a mouse.
Back then, I am regretting the fact that I didn't put a serious effort when i was a first year student. I was once in Nitrogen, the first section in our level. But now, I am very happy even though I am not in Nitrogen anymore. I met a lot of new people; I make friends; and the pressure that I felt back then was gone.
Regrets are just experiences in life where you can get a lesson. All we need to do is to reflect on what we did and make a lesson out of it.

Idols of the Past

Fernando Poe Jr. Yes. he's my idol. Very unladylike since he makes action movies. But for me, he's an idol why?
He's a really good person. My father said that he was very close for being the President but some issues came. They said that if you go to him and seek for help, he will help you.
He's a great actor. I was really amazed with his skills and it was very cool. If I had a chance to talk to him, i would ask what is his plans if he became the president. I would also ask how he became a good actor. I really respect this person and I'm sure that he is a good person because I can feel it in my heart.

Inferno: School Version

First Station: Gate- Student Police
The very light yet still an offense is the NO ID NO ENTRY Policy. The students who will violate this policy can be charged by the STUDENT POLICE. Their punishment is to make a letter that explains why they are late. These letters will be given to the advisers and the adviser will be in charge of the deducting. This also implies with the later comers.

Second Station: Pathway- Principal/ teachers/Staff
All of the students are encouraged to stay in the pathways and not walk on the grass. others still do it even though the principal says it already.

Third Station: Pathway- Principal/ teachers/Staff
As a school, peace should be maintained all the way. One problem here is the students yell and shout at the top of their lungs when they are really happy or something happened.

Fourth Station: School Area/ Designed Area- Adviser/ Leader of the group
All of the students have duties before the start of the class. It is usually cleaning. Many students disobey this policy because of different reasons. Maybe because they are late, or they still don't have their assignments.

Fifth Station: Field- P.E. Teacher
Physical Education is a subject in which students are required to change their uniform into P.E. uniform. Others still wear their uniforms during practicums. Their punishment is a 0 for the day's activities or being marked as Absent.

Sixth Station: Court- Teacher/Adviser/ Principal
Other students play basketball even though there are still classes. It is also not allowed to play during afternoon because the sun can damaged the skin. The punishment is they will be counselled by the teachers.

Seventh Station: Room- Teachers
The Noise Makers. Noisy students are always present in every school. Their punishment is depending on the teacher.

Eight Station: Room- Teachers
The Forgers. Students should let their parents sign their homeworks but since they don't make it at home or they forgot to let their parents sign, they forge their signatures. The punishment is counselling.

Ninth Station: Room- Teachers
The cheaters. Those who cheat during exams and quizzes. Changing their scores and copying to their seatmate. Their punishment is counselling and maybe, Suspension.
